Consent

Charisma SPD sends automated or recurring text messages only when we have an appropriate legal basis, including express consent where required. Marketing consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing, enrolling in, or receiving services. A person must affirmatively choose to receive marketing texts; consent controls must not be preselected.

Types of messages

Depending on your consent and relationship with us, messages may include inquiry responses, application and enrollment updates, class or schedule reminders, payment reminders and confirmations, clinical-placement information, staffing or employment communications, requested support, program announcements, and promotional messages.

Frequency, charges, and carrier notice

Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your inquiry, application, enrollment, payment status, class schedule, clinical placement, staffing activity, support requests, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation that your request was processed. After that confirmation, we will not send additional messages covered by that consent unless you provide new consent or the communication is otherwise legally permitted. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@charismaspd.com.

Mobile information may be provided only to service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, and technical vendors. They may use it only to provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law—not for their own marketing.

Their policies govern information they collect independently. Charisma SPD is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of independent third-party services.

15. Out-of-State Users

Charisma SPD operates from New York. Information provided from another jurisdiction may be processed in the United States. We handle it as described here and as required by applicable law. Availability of information online does not mean a program is licensed or approved in every jurisdiction.
