What Training Programs Does Charisma SPD Offer?
Central Sterile Processing (CRCST) Training
Prepare for a career in sterile processing through a 12-week program combining structured instruction, hands-on practice, CRCST exam preparation, and clinical internship support.
What students receive:
- Coverage of all 24 HSPA curriculum chapters
- Hands-on instrument identification, inspection, assembly, packaging, and sterilization practice
- Weekly assessments, review sessions, and CRCST exam preparation
- Support toward completing the 400-hour clinical requirement, subject to eligibility, clearance, site availability, and department approval
- Resume, interview, and job-search guidance
Charisma SPD provides education and exam preparation; CRCST certification is awarded independently by HSPA after its requirements are met. Certification, employment, financing approval, and a specific clinical site, shift, or start date are not guaranteed.
