Assignment structure, bill rates, start dates, minimums, cancellation terms, and other conditions are confirmed during the facility request and contracting process.

1. Define the need. Role, shift, department, location, desired start date, assignment length, schedule, urgency, and facility-specific requirements are captured.

2. Review candidates. Applications are reviewed against the stated role and assignment requirements.

3. Credentialing and readiness. Required licenses, certifications, health documentation, training, and assignment-specific items are followed through the credentialing workflow.

4. Placement and onboarding. Selected workers complete onboarding and receive assignment instructions before start.

5. Timekeeping and ongoing support. Employees submit weekly timesheets, supervisors approve them, and Charisma SPD manages follow-up for assignment and compliance needs.
