QUALITY, COMPLIANCE & WORKER PROTECTION

Built Around Readiness, Safety & Accountability

Charisma SPD uses structured onboarding, credentialing, training, timekeeping, reporting, and workplace expectations to support safer healthcare staffing assignments. Specific requirements vary by role, client, location, and assignment.

Core Workforce Safeguards

Credentialing Readiness

Role- and assignment-specific licenses, certifications, health records, identification, training records, and other required items are followed through the credentialing process before or during placement as applicable.

Required Training

Assigned workers may be required to complete modules covering Fire Safety, HazCom/SDS, PPE, Exposure & Incident Reporting, Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Prevention, HIPAA/Confidentiality, and Workplace Harassment & Discrimination.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Workers are expected to protect confidential information and follow applicable facility privacy rules. Public staffing forms should not be used to submit patient information or protected health information.

Safety & Incident Reporting

Placed staff are expected to follow facility safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and report workplace incidents, exposures, injuries, or safety concerns through the process communicated for the assignment. Emergency concerns should be handled according to facility procedures first, with Charisma SPD follow-up as required.

Respectful Workplace Expectations

Professional conduct, respectful communication, non-discrimination, and appropriate workplace behavior are expected throughout the assignment. Staff should use the reporting route provided for workplace concerns and should not delay reporting issues that affect safety, conduct, or assignment integrity.

Timekeeping, Supervision & Accountability

Placed employees submit weekly timesheets through the Staff Portal, and authorized supervisors use the approval workflow. Accurate timekeeping, attendance, schedule adherence, and timely communication are part of assignment accountability.

Internal payroll, billing, compliance tracking, and approval controls remain private and are not exposed through the public website.

Use the Right Resource

Facilities can submit staffing needs through Request Staff. Candidates can prepare using the Candidate Readiness Guide. Placed employees and authorized supervisors should use the Staff Portal for onboarding, training, timesheets, and assignment support.
