Charisma SPD Certification & Staffing is building a network of qualified OR & Procedural Support professionals for current and upcoming opportunities across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, procedural areas, and outpatient settings throughout New York and New Jersey.

Support room and procedural-area readiness; assist with room turnover, supply restocking, equipment readiness, instrument and supply transport, point-of-use handling, procedural workflow support, and maintenance of clean, organized environments within assigned scope and facility policy.

Ability to work in fast-paced surgical and procedural environments; strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail; ability to meet facility credentialing, health screening, background check, training, and compliance requirements.

BLS or other role-specific credentials may be required depending on assignment.
