1. What the subscription provides
The Charisma SPD CRCST Practice Subscription provides online access to the Charisma SPD CRCST Practice Center (independent CRCST practice questions and study tools) for the subscribed account, while the subscription is paid and access is authorized. It is a separate digital study subscription: it does not include the 12-week Charisma SPD training course, books, internships, exam registration, HSPA certification, employment placement, or a guarantee of passing an exam. Practice content is independently produced and is not an official HSPA examination or a collection of actual HSPA exam questions. Charisma SPD is not affiliated with or endorsed by HSPA. Students enrolled in a Charisma SPD program that already includes the Practice Center do not need this subscription.
2. Price and automatic renewal
The subscription costs $9.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes for your location, which are shown at checkout before you pay. Your payment card is charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same calendar day (or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel. There is no free trial or introductory price. Before you pay, the subscription page shows the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and how to cancel, and you must tick a box authorizing the recurring charge and agreeing to these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel online at any time, without calling, emailing, or speaking to anyone. Sign in to the account you subscribed with, go to charismaspd.com/crcst-practice-subscription, select Manage billing or cancel, and choose Cancel subscription in the secure Stripe billing portal. The portal confirms the cancellation and the date your access ends.
Cancellation deadline: to avoid the next monthly charge, cancel before your next renewal date. Your renewal date is shown on your subscription page, in the billing portal, and in your confirmation email. After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Access may end sooner if a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed or found to be invalid, or where a lawful security restriction applies. If the online option is ever unavailable, email info@charismaspd.com or call (914) 201-3382 and we will cancel for you; contacting us is never required when the online option is available.
4. Refunds and billing corrections
We do not routinely issue prorated or partial-month refunds for unused subscription time. Because you can cancel at any time, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. We will correct billing mistakes such as duplicate or erroneous charges and charges made after a cancellation took effect, and we provide refunds or credits whenever required by applicable law, including the prorated refunds described in section 5 for price increases. Non-waivable consumer and payment-dispute rights are not limited by this policy. For billing errors or refund requests, contact info@charismaspd.com. Our separate training-tuition refund policy applies to training programs, not to this subscription.
5. Confirmation, notices and changes
Confirmation. After your first payment is verified, we email you a confirmation you can keep. It states the price, the automatic-renewal terms, your next renewal date, the cancellation policy and how to cancel. Stripe may also email payment receipts.
Price and material changes. We will notify you by email at least 7 and no more than 30 days before any change to the price or other material terms takes effect, and the notice will explain how to cancel. We will not charge a higher price unless you agree to it, or unless you are given the opportunity to cancel within at least 14 days after the first charge at the new price and receive a prorated refund for the unused remainder of that period. These notice and refund protections take priority over our general no-partial-refund rule.
Records. We keep a record of your agreement to these terms (the date, the terms version, and your consent to recurring billing) for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
6. Your account and the study materials
Your subscription is personal to your account. Account sharing, unauthorized downloading or scraping, redistribution or resale of content, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. We may take proportionate action against confirmed misuse and you may ask us to review a restriction you believe is mistaken. Access may be suspended after a failed payment, the end of a paid period, a refund, a dispute, or a verified security concern. Practice scores do not guarantee a certification result.

These subscription terms apply only to this digital monthly practice subscription, not to tuition-based courses or staffing services. If these terms and our general terms conflict about the subscription’s price, automatic renewal, cancellation or refunds, these subscription terms govern to the extent permitted by law. Applicable non-waivable consumer protections always control.
These terms (version cspd_crcst_terms_20261023_v1) apply to subscriptions started on or after October 23, 2026, and become part of your agreement when you tick the authorization and terms boxes and complete payment.
