Charisma SPD Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy applies to Charisma SPD training enrollment unless a signed enrollment agreement or applicable law provides more favorable terms. Students should review the enrollment agreement before making payment.

Tuition and Payment Plan

Standard tuition is $2,500. The standard payment plan is a $1,000 initial payment at enrollment followed by twelve weekly payments of $125. Students may prepay without penalty. Returned, reversed, or failed payments remain due. Delinquency may result in notice, suspension of nonessential services, withholding of completion documents where permitted by law, delay of clinical placement, or administrative withdrawal.

Cancellation and Tuition Liability

• Within 7 days of enrollment and before instruction begins: 0% tuition retained.
• Week 1: 0% tuition retained.
• Week 2: 25% of applicable tuition retained.
• Week 3: 50% of applicable tuition retained.
• Week 4: 75% of applicable tuition retained.
• After Week 4: 100% of applicable tuition retained.

Books, supplies, scrubs, third-party screening costs, exam fees, and other separately provided items or services may be treated separately where allowed by law. If applicable law or the signed enrollment agreement provides a more favorable refund, the more favorable requirement controls.

How to Cancel or Withdraw

Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to info@charismaspd.com, through a designated Charisma SPD portal, or to the office address identified in the enrollment agreement. Include your full name, program, cohort, requested last date of attendance, and an optional reason for withdrawal.

Stopping attendance, telling an instructor or clinical-site employee, failing to log in, or disputing a payment does not by itself complete withdrawal. Charisma SPD will confirm the effective withdrawal date and provide the applicable refund or remaining-balance calculation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 45 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method when practicable.

Clinical Placement and Internship

Clinical placement is subject to eligibility, required payments, medical and background clearances, participating-facility availability, and department approval. A specific hospital, shift, start date, or employment outcome is not guaranteed. Once a clinical rotation begins, students are expected to complete the required hours within 90 days unless Charisma SPD approves an extension in writing.

Conduct and Administrative Withdrawal

Students must follow the Student Code of Conduct, academic-integrity requirements, safety and confidentiality rules, payment obligations, and all participating-facility policies. Serious misconduct may result in removal from class or clinical placement and administrative withdrawal. Examples include violence or threats, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, theft, fraud, falsification of records or clinical hours, serious confidentiality or patient-privacy violations, cheating, deliberate safety violations, impairment, unauthorized sharing of course systems or restricted materials, or refusal to follow lawful instructions.

Dismissal for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund or remaining balance will be calculated under this policy, the signed enrollment agreement, and applicable law.

Online Materials and Assessments

Course accounts, quizzes, answers, practice materials, and other protected learning resources are for the enrolled student’s authorized use. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, account access, impersonation, bypassing attempt limits, or distribution of restricted materials may result in disciplinary action.

Payment Extensions, Financing, and Chargebacks

No interest is charged when the agreed payment schedule is followed. Any extension, late charge, or financing term must be separately disclosed in writing and agreed to prospectively where permitted by law. Third-party financing is subject to the provider’s approval and terms. A payment dispute or chargeback does not substitute for the required written cancellation process.

Merchandise Returns

For physical merchandise purchased through the Charisma SPD shop, contact info@charismaspd.com before returning an item. Unused, unworn merchandise in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the product listing and applicable law. Personalized, opened, digital, or otherwise non-returnable items may be excluded where permitted by law.
