Charisma SPD Certification & Staffing is building our network of certified nursing assistants for per diem and contract assignments in hospitals and long-term care settings across New York State.

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility; take and record vital signs, intake and output as directed; help with safe transfers, positioning and fall prevention; keep patient rooms clean, safe and stocked; report changes in patient condition promptly to the nurse; follow facility policies, infection-prevention standards and resident rights requirements.
