Charisma SPD Certification & Staffing is building our network of licensed practical nurses for per diem and contract assignments in hospitals, ambulatory care and long-term care settings across New York State.

Provide patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician; administer medications and treatments as permitted by license and facility policy; monitor and document vital signs, condition changes and care provided; assist with admissions, discharges and patient education; communicate promptly with the care team about changes in patient condition; follow facility policies, infection-prevention standards and scope-of-practice requirements.

Current, unrestricted NYS LPN license; current BLS; ability to meet facility credentialing, health clearance and orientation requirements.

Current, unrestricted New York State LPN license; current BLS.
