Charisma SPD Certification & Staffing is building our network of endoscope reprocessing technicians for per diem and contract assignments in hospital endoscopy suites and GI ambulatory surgery centers across New York State.

Perform bedside pre-cleaning, leak testing and manual cleaning of flexible endoscopes; operate automated endoscope reprocessors (AERs) and perform required chemical and test-strip checks; dry, store and track endoscopes according to manufacturer instructions and facility policy; document reprocessing cycles and maintain traceability records; inspect scopes and report damage or failed tests promptly; follow infection-prevention standards, PPE requirements and facility policy.

Endoscope reprocessing or central sterile processing certification; current BLS; ability to meet facility credentialing, health clearance and orientation requirements.

Endoscope reprocessing certification (HSPA CER or CBSPD CFER) preferred; central sterile processing certification considered; current BLS.
